Settle Quick?
Many insurance company adjusters (or claim representatives) want to settle your bodily injury claim quickly. So, you are probably saying to yourself “what’s wrong with that?” Well, the problem is most injuries don’t resolve right away and need months of medical treatment and, many times, diagnostics and specialist referrals. If you settle your claim before your injuries resolve, then you cannot get paid for future medical care or permanent injuries.
